COVID-19 FAQs

Are you still operating?
Yes, we are. The Government guidance says we can still perform house moves, as long as the inhabitants and the company’s employees have no symptoms.

How will you perform the survey?
We offer our clients two choices: a video survey or an in-person survey where the surveyor will have a mask and gloves.

What measures have you taken for COVID-19?

Any team member presenting with symptoms must stay at home and self-isolate in accordance with government guidelines.
Currently, no member of staff working in any part of our business has experienced symptoms.
All team members are equipped with PPE equipment including m asks, gloves, and hand disinfectants.
We disinfect the vans after every job.
We ensure that strict social distancing measures are followed.
On the day of the move, our clients don’t need to be at the property if they choose not to. They can video call the removal team to give any instructions instead.

What about updates or cancellations?
You can update/cancel for any reason free of charge, up to 72h before the move or 24h for reasons related to COVID-19.
